Hacienda Riquelme is a wonderful golf course and a fine additional to the Nicklaus Trail. It's long, undulating, features five lakes, tight fairways, wild grasses and treacherous greens. The course examines every aspect of your game and is a true test of golf. However, if you keep it straight off the tee and get to grips with the fast, sloping greens, a good score is there to be had.

Hacienda Riquelme has been built to championship standards and has already hosted a number of pro events, including the Spanish Championships. It has definitely been built with the better player in mind. Due to its length and hazards a plenty, we’d say the Hacienda Riquelme is most suitable to mid-low handicappers.

In our opinion, Hacienda Riquelme is a fantastic golf course and home to some of the most testing greens in the area. It’s a long, challenging track and we strongly recommend using a buggy, especially during the summer months.
